Morning check-in is possible only if the apartment is available.

• Entire property is non-smoking
• Pets are not allowed inside the property
• Minors are only permitted if staying with parents
• No nighttime curfew; you can enter and exit whenever you want
• Hosting parties/bachelor or bachelorette parties/events is not allowed
• Please agree on your arrival time in advance
• No additional guests are allowed in the apartment beyond those registered at check-in
• The maximum number of guests the apartment can accommodate is 3, including children/babies.

Cancellation policy – bookings from 1 to 15 nights
The reservation may be cancelled free of charge until midnight, 15 days prior to arrival. After this deadline, a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.

Cancellation policy – bookings of 16 nights or more
For cancellations made from the time of confirmation up to 16 days before arrival, a penalty of 20% of the total booking amount will apply. For cancellations made from 15 days before arrival onwards, the penalty will be 100% of the total booking amount.

Payments – bookings from 1 to 15 nights
The full balance of the apartment must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival by bank transfer. Please contact us to receive the payment instructions. If payment is not received within the specified deadline, the reservation will be cancelled.

Payments – bookings of 16 nights or more
A non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total booking amount is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival by bank transfer. Please contact us to receive the payment instructions. If the balance is not received within the stated deadline, the reservation will be cancelled.

Supplement for the third person
In our online booking system, the price indicated is for a maximum occupancy of 2 people. For a third guest, there is an additional fee of €30.00 per night, which must be added to the total amount shown. If you are a group of 3, it is mandatory to specify this in the booking notes.

Note: Only the individuals indicated in the reservation will be accepted at check-in.

All guests staying, including children, must present a valid photo identification document (ID card or passport) at check-in. No guest can declare the identification of another guest, even if they are responsible for them. (Birth certificates, tax codes, photocopies, or loss reports will not be accepted).
